Specially designed separation type mixing screw and spiral structure head, with reasonable flow channel and smooth inner and outer surfaces of the pipe.
Integrate advanced PLC/touch screen control system to achieve precise linkage control and real-time monitoring of key process parameters such as extrusion volume, winding speed, prestress, temperature, vacuum degree, and cooling water flow rate, ensuring high consistency and repeatability of the production process.
